Modern lives today are becoming far busier than previously and as a consequence there are more and more stresses. Quite often, people do not realise that they are stressed until something finally tips them over the edge.
Palpitations, high blood pressure, headaches,panic or anxiety attacks can all be signs that your body can not cope with whatever is happening. If nothing changes, then the your health could take a turn for the worse.
